Entry fees can be paid when you attend your first event or you can pay ahead by check after submitting your registration.

You only need to attend one date for each event, just show up and shoot at any of the available dates for each of the 6 events
Top Gun participants will have three dates to choose from for each phase of the competition.
Each Top Gun participant will complete the following:
- Trap: One round (25 shots)
- NRL22: One specially configured stage (12 shots) – see at the bottom of this page
- Benchrest 22LR: One ARA benchrest 22LR target (25 shots) in 10 minutes
- Slow fire pistol: Two targets (20 shots total) at 15 yards. Adults will use a centerfire pistol with iron sights, youth will use a rimfire pistol with iron sights
- Silhouette: One stage (2 attempts) with a 22LR rifle from an off-hand position (40 shots total)
- Steel plate pistol: One stage (2 attempts). A rimfire pistol with iron sights will be used. Best time of the two attempts will be used for scoring purposes.
The Top Gun entry fee is $50 for adults and $35 for youth. The competition will run from March through August 2025. There will not be special events held for the sole purpose of the Top Gun competition. The Top Gun competition will coincide with matches/events that are already scheduled. Contestants will not need to pay additional entry fees to participate in just the Top Gun portion of the matches/events.
