Barren River Rod and Gun Club

Who are we?

Established in 1967, the Rod & Gun club is a 32 acre semi-private club on Barren River Lake. The club serves members through their practice ranges and various events. Members enjoy two pistol ranges, three rifle ranges and two trap shooting machines at the club. The club also includes a primative camping, a large club house as well as a boat dock on Barren River Lake.

The club also hosts events open to the public. These events include Trap Shooting, Steel Plate Challenge, and Benchrest competitions amongst others as shown on the calendar.

We also serve our community by providing safe grounds for local schools and civic groups for education and practice.
